Sundried Tomato and Pepperoni Sourdough Bread

Great to serve with spaghetti.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup diced sundried tomatoes (not packed in oil)
  • 1 package Fleischmann's® Simply Homemade® Sourdough Baking Mix
  • 1 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni

Directions

Pour 1/2 cup very warm water over sundried tomatoes and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes to hydrate.  Drain well.

Combine yeast and bread mix in a large bowl; stir to combine. Add 1 cup very warm tap water (120° to 130°F) with tomatoes and pepperoni.  Follow remaining steps on the package.  Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
