Ingredients
- 1 package Fleischmann's® Simply Homemade® Country White No Knead Bread Mix
- 1 cup warm water (105˚ to 115˚F)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
Directions
Combine warm water with yeast and sugar packets in a large mixing bowl. Let sit for 3 minutes. Stir in sour cream, dill, minced onion and bread mix. Portion into 12 greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Cover and let rise for 25 minutes in a warm, draft-free place.
Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until tops are golden brown. Best served warm.
NOTE: For Sour Cream & Dill Bread, bake in a greased loaf pan (8 x 4-1/2 inches) at 400˚F for 35 minutes.
