Ingredients

  • 1 package Fleischmann's® Simply Homemade® Country White No Knead Bread Mix
  • OR Fleischmann's® Simply Homemade® Italian Herb No Knead Bread Mix
  • 3/4 cup warm water (105˚ to 115˚F)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Combine water with yeast and sugar packets in a large mixing bowl. Let sit for 3 minutes. Stir in oil and bread mix. Place dough on a clean flat surface and shape into a ball. Cover and let dough rest for 5 minutes. Cut dough in half.

Using your hands, pat one half into a greased 12-inch pizza pan, forming a rim around the edge. Repeat with remaining half. OR place each half on a clean counter that has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Roll each into a 12-inch circle using a rolling pin. Place dough on greased pizza pans.

Cover and let dough rise for 10 minutes. Top pizza crust with your favorite toppings. Bake on lowest rack in a preheated 400˚F oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
