Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Italian herb seasoning
- 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black medium grind pepper
- 1/2 loaf prepared Fleischmann's® Simply Homemade® No Knead Bread Mix, any flavor
- 2 tablespoons Mazola® Pure Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Cut bread into cubes of desired size, 3/4 to 1-inch usually works best. Place bread cubes in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Add seasoning mixture and toss to coat.
Spread seasoned croutons in a single layer on a 15 x 10-inch baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until cubes are browned and crisp, stirring every five minutes. Cool on baking sheet; store in a resealable plastic bag or airtight container.
