Ingredients
- 1 package Fleischmann's® Simply Homemade® Italian Herb No Knead Bread Mix
- 1 cup warm water (105° to 115°F)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Directions
Combine 1 cup warm water with the yeast and sugar packets in a large mixing bowl. Let sit for 3 minutes. Stir in 2 tablespoons olive oil and bread mix. Pat the dough into a 1/2-inch thick rectangle on a greased baking sheet. Using the end of a wooden spoon or your fingertips, press indents at 1-inch intervals halfway through the thickness of the dough. Sprinkle top with rosemary and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Loosely cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free place for 25 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately drizzle top with remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. Serve warm.
