The most popular bagel is the "everything" version. Enjoy the same topping on a breadstick!
Ingredients
- 1 package Fleischmann's® Simply Homemade® Italian Herb No Knead Bread Mix
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon whole white sesame seed
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt coarse grind
Directions
Prepare breadstick dough according to package directions.
Place dough on a clean, dry surface and divide into 12 equal pieces. Using your hands, roll each piece into a 6 to 8-inch breadstick.
Place breadsticks on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Cover breadsticks with a towel; place in a warm area for 45 minutes. Dough will rise, but will not double in size.
Combine all spices in a small bowl. Brush breadsticks with the egg white. Sprinkle each breadstick with the "everything topping". Tip: To get the maximum amount of seeds on the breadsticks (and not on the pan!) sprinkle with one hand and place other hand against edge of each breadstick to act as a shield.
Bake breadsticks in preheated 400°F oven for 14 to 16 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes before enjoying.
