This creamy dill spread dresses up last night's leftover bread for a delicious appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black fine grind pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 loaf prepared Fleischmann's® Simply Homemade® No Knead Bread Mix, any flavor
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped black olives
Directions
Combine mayonnaise, dill, garlic powder, celery salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
Thinly slice bread. Cut larger bread slices in half and arrange on baking sheet in a single layer. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Top with mayonnaise mixture and broil 1 minute or until lightly browned.
Top each with tomato, green onion and olives. Serve immediately.
