An easy version of a creamy Italian classic!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
  • 20 ounces frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 jar (15 ounces or about 1-3/4 cups) prepared Alfredo sauce
  • 8 ounces (2 cups) Italian blend cheese, divided
  • 1 package Fleischmann's® Simply Homemade® No Knead Bread Mix, any flavor

Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.  Add chicken and cook to 8 to 10 minutes, until cooked through. Combine chicken, well-drained broccoli and Alfredo sauce in a medium bowl; mix well. Evenly spread chicken mixture in the bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with 1 cup cheese. Prepare bread mix according to instructions on the box, but do not let rise. Dollop dough over top of chicken mixture. 

Place in COLD oven; set temperature to 350°F. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Add remaining cup of cheese after 25 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
