Rich and smooth. This is excellent as a dip for soft pretzels.
Ingredients
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
- 1 package (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup beer
- 1 teaspoon chives
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Combine ingredients in a medium size saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until melted, stirring occasionally. Serve with warm pretzels.
