  • 1 package Fleischmann's® Simply Homemade® Country White No Knead Bread Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter OR margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans


Prepare dough according to package directions. 

Turn onto lightly floured surface.  Flatten dough and fold in half.  Repeat 9 times.  Cut dough in half.  Divide each half into halves again and again to equal a total of 16 pieces.  Roll each piece into a ball. 

Sprinkle half of the pecans in bottom of well greased fluted tube pan.

Place melted butter in a shallow bowl.  Combine sugar and cinnamon in a quart-sized resealable plastic bag.  Roll dough balls in melted butter, drop into cinnamon sugar mixture, shake, remove and place in prepared pan.  Do 2 to 3 at a time.  Repeat process until all pieces have been dipped and shaken. 

Top with any leftover butter and the remaining nuts.  Cover and let rise in a warm draft-free place  for 25 minutes, or until almost doubled in size. 

Bake 28 to 32 minutes in a preheated 350ºF oven.  Remove from oven and invert pan on a large plate.  Serve warm.
