A great addition to any meal. 


  • 1 package Fleischmann's® Simply Homemade® No Knead Bread Mix, any flavor


Combine 3/4 cup warm water (105° to 115°F) with yeast and sugar packets in a large mixing bowl. Let sit for 3 minutes. Stir in bread mix.

Place dough on a clean, unfloured surface. Shape dough into a log, about 9 inches long. Cut log into 9 equal pieces. (Tip: cut log into thirds, then cut each into thirds again.) Roll each piece of dough into a ball and place in a greased, 8-inch round cake pan or an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Cover rolls and let rise in warm, draft-free place for 25 minutes.

 Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated 400°F oven.
